Yogi Bear

The weather is a chilly 70 degrees. Yes chilly. The dorm is without central heating, this disallows your body to generate heat, hence the constant chill. I can’t wait for winter. I relish in the cold, but, sometimes, I feel that a little more warmth would be welcome. Back home, snow falls and temperatures dip below freezing. I’d much prefer a constant cold with a chance for warmth, than this eternal chill.

I have begun a yoga practice. It helps with flexibility, strength, and I feel warm afterwards. Yoga wakes me up in the morning and I’ve found my posture gets better (Mom, you’d be proud!). In addition, I’ve begun to read “The Brothers Karamazov” by Dosotoevsky. I don’t know what it is about the book, it strikes a chord in me. I’ve wandered about the city on foot. Until I purchase mine own scooter, I’ll use my time with reading and yoga. I promise the next post will be more cognizant and fluent.
